At some point I decided to retire the Terrahertz moniker in favor of a fresh start. \u201cDJ Chase The Devil\u201d was one of the names I picked as a replacement, a reference to a classic Reggae tune<\/a> sung by Max Romeo and backed by Lee \u2018Scratch\u2019 Perry\u2019s band The Upsetters. When I made and released this in 2005, the emo scene (which I was already too old for) had blown up, and the cover art was inspired by this meme-ish picture of a girl \u201cdancing.\u201d Musically, the mix is kind of all over the place, I think in a good way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
